1980's dress from Oscar de la Renta has 1950's styling. It is made out of a black and white polka-dotted silk faille. Fitted bodice has short sleeves, turn down collar, and padded shoulders. Full skirt is pleated all around waistband and is given structure from an organza underskirt. Wide black faille belt. Center front snap and hook and eye closure. Lined.
