Incredible 90s does 20s black and red / maroon burgundy lace beaded fringe short sleeve flapper dress! Features a black mesh lace with thousands of hand-sewn black sequins and beads throughout. Burgundy underlay is made of jersey that stretches to fit. Asymmetrical fringe at the skirt would look amazing on the dance floor! Very well made. Great with heels or boots. In great condition.
