1990s Thierry Mugler Indigo and Black Velvet Dress
About the Item
This incredible 1990s Mugler dress creates the most flattering and feminine silhouette for the wearer. Made from thick black velvet with indigo blue, almost purple fabric panelling, its tailoring creates a beautiful hourglass illusion. The front features a rounded neckline and seam detail around the bust, while the back fastens with a central zip and hook and eye closure. The back also features a black velvet bow detail, complete with four poppers which join together to conceal the zip placket beneath. The skirt is finished in a classic pencil shape, making this the perfect dress for a smart cocktail party, or as a piece of sophisticated workwear. It is in fabulous vintage condition with no stains or faults to note, and would best fit a 6 UK, or 2 US.
