Terri Biediger Couture Cocktail Dress

About

The Dallas look is often stereotyped but fashion experts agree that it is a "total head to toe look”. Studied and planned it all works together. You can pick the Dallas woman. Her hair is done; or it’s covered. Her makeup is done; or she doesn’t leave the house. She doesn’t get dressed "on the way”, she’s finished before she steps out of her house, The Dallas woman pays attention to fit, details and propriety. Glamour is paramount. Genteel glamour. 40’s and 50’s Dior glamour. Fashion is individual. If there is a DALLAS LOOK then this is it. One-of-a-kind cocktail dress created for a private event at Buckingham Palace by Dallas designer, Terri Biediger. The full skirt is sunshine yellow silk decorated with purple iris blossoms. The bodice is completely covered in sequins with appliquéd flowers, leaves and dirndl style waistband with trellis design. Perfect for a garden party at the Palace! This dress was only worn once. Label marked Terri Biediger Couture, Dallas, Texas.
