Vintage Pink Floral Silk Mid Century Dress in Faux Pinafore Style
About the Item
This pretty vintage pink floral silk dress has no label but is exquisitely designed and very well made. The bodice has a faux pinafore look with pretty pleats and there is an attached fabric sash that snaps closed with a bow in the back. The dress has a tulip hemline, is fully lined with organza and has an attached tulle slip for some fullness. This pretty vintage dress closes with a metal zipper and we estimate it to be a modern day size 2/4. Please use the measurements as a guide for the best fit. From the estate of a woman who owned dresses by Claire McCardell and other important mid century designers.
