Frank Usher 1960s Psychedelic Floral Maxi Dress

This statement Frank Usher 1960s psychedelic yellow floral print dress with pink ribbon detail is a beautifully constructed piece. The generous silk fee overlay is predominantly bright sunshine yellow with a striking psychedelic floral design in fuchsia, sugar pink, ochre, navy and tangerine orange. The empire line dress has a deep scoop neckline which is mirrored on the reverse to reveal the upper back and shoulder blades. The bodice is fitted and then neatly gathered at the waist, before falling into a floor length skirt. The loose fitting sleeves are styled into large bell cuffs from the elbow and embellished with an orange ribbon zig zag design. The same orange ribbon trims the neckline. The dress features a wide grosgrain ribbon in sugar pink which presents in a bow at the centre front and long ribbon tails that extend to the knee. Fully lined, with a central zip fastening at the reverse. This piece is in excellent vintage condition with no issues and would best suit US size 4-6, UK size 8-10 as modelled by Sabine.
