Romantic and refined evening gown by Galanos, dating to his Spring 1984 collection. This wonderfully feminine dress has been crafted from a sheer silk chiffon in a timeless shade of midnight black. With a chic 1920's inspired silhouette, the gown features a classic round neckline, satin striped bodice, and tiered drop waist skirt composed of boxy knife pleats. The elegant bishop sleeves gather around ruched cuffs that are complete with zip closures. The standout element of the piece is of course the oversized flower at the left hip with black chiffon and pink satin petals. Hidden zipper along the center back for easy in and out.
