A Fancy or Masquerade historical Court dress in the taste of Louis XIII french style. Mantle-dress and skirt in emerald green satin and carmin and gold lamé brocade with striped paisley boteh motifs. Trimmings on the neckline and on the opened skirt with large silver thread lace trims adorned with pearls, rhinestones and beads in blue, green and red tones. Fitted and boned bodice pointed front, openwork silver lamé puffed sleeves lined with blue net. White cotton lining. Cream woven label with design of the House, black and red graphics Jeanne Lanvin Paris Unis-France, and printing of the date of the collection Summer 1939. Numbered on the back of the label 28024. Excellent condition of color and conservation.
