Oozing with propriety, from its petal-gathered shelf bust to its attached crinoline. Short sleeve dance dress with wide square neckline and front shelf bust with blue and silver lace modesty panel at upper chest and inset at back. Horizontal placket around full bust circumference with decorative bow and trailing tails at center back; full princess seams front and back for sculpted “fit and flare” silhouette. Side metal zipper closure with hook and loop at waist. Attached interior tulle crinoline with bottom ruffle and string ties; lined to knee in powder blue stretch mesh.
