Vintage halter neck evening gown with petal bustline and flexible boning at front and rear bodice. Massive full skirt with double self cords at mid-thigh, creating a flexible exterior hoop effect and substantial fullness even without a petticoat. Micro pintucks around full circumference of skirt beneath lowermost cord; side metal zipper closure with top hook and eye.
