Victor Costa Amber & Brown Cut Velvet W/ Sable Cuffs 1990s
About the Item
Victor Costa for Naharee amber & brown devore/cut velvet gown with sable fur cuffs, fish tail hem. Marked size 12. From the 1990s. Gorgeous silky velvet changes from a dark amber brown to chocolate depending on the light you are standing in. Jewel neckline & 1940s style shoulders with pads, Long tapered sleeves with full silky sable cuffs. The gown is cut pretty much straight from under the arms down to the hem. There is an inset fishtail panel at the back mid calf to the hem that creates a short train. The dress is lined in sheer taupe rayon crepe. Together with a wide long self belt.
