Victoria Royal Black Taffeta Striped Beaded Maxi Dress, 1970's
About the Item
1970's Victoria Royal black matte taffeta maxi dress with beaded striped cuffs and hem in shades of red, green and gold lamé. The dress zips and hooks at the back with a scoop neckline, side pockets and balloon sleeves. The beads add a sparkle providing the design just the right amount of glam for cocktails, dinner out or hostess wear. Lined in acetate at the bodice and organza in the skirt.
CONDITION
Good condition with some signs of wear and bead loss. There is a subtle pull to the fabric at the back right shoulder as shown in photograph 10. There are a few missing and loose beads in three different areas including the back of one sleeve, the green stripe near the front hem and gold stripe at the base of the hem, as shown in photographs 11, 12, 13. Professionally cleaned and ready to wear.

Marked a size 8 and best fits a size 6 with attention to the following measurements. For visual reference, the mannequin in the photographs is a size 4.
