Chic vintage late 80s VICKY TIEL COUTURE black and white houndstooth and butterfly print iridescent long sleeve belted dress! I have never seen a fabric quite like this-it is beautiful! Sleek tailored bodice features hidden buttons up the front with snap closure at top center neck. Detachable matching belt. The perfect alternative to a little black dress, and the perfect weight for any time of year. Expertly hand crafted garments are not made like this anymore. In great condition. Made in France
