About the Item
This vintage ultra fine silk caftan came from an estate of vintage Chinese and Japanese textiles and clothing from the 1800's through the 1970's. This gorgeous bright blue silk caftan has 12" slits and is 50" in circumference. There are embroidered purple Asian dragons and pale pink silk trim. This kaftan measures 50" from the nape of the neck in length and is in excellent condition. You can wear this lovely piece as a long tunic, a dress, or as an elegant hostess gown. This exceptional piece is truly a collector's dream and the colors are still so rich and vibrant!
