This is an outstanding vintage 1950 Two- piece shorts set or playsuit from Brigance. The pink and black abstract floral print top buttons up from the waist in the back, an is mini dress length with a large slit in the front and back. When you move in this ensemble, the high waisted black shorts are revealed underneath! The black shorts zip up the back.Tom Brigance was known in the mid century for his sportswear and swimwear. The set is in excellent condition and comes from an estate that had ncredible designer clothing and accessories. The woman who owned this saved Vogue and Harper's Bazaar editorial fashion pages for many of her pieces and this playsuit is depicted in the page shown!
