Vintage 1960s Cream and Gold Brocade Coat and Gown Set with Beaded Detail
About the Item
Stunning vintage 1960s sleeveless fluted gown and coat set set in cream and pale gold brocade. Gown has a beautiful fit and flare shape with a deep scoop back and beading at neck. Lined in silky material.
Coat features mid length sleeves , a uniquely cut collar and four beaded buttons at front (fastens with concealed snaps.)
Set seems tailor made.
Size not listed, best fits size XS (shown on size 2 mannequin.) See measurements.

Good condition. A few tiny thread pulls throughout, some small grayish marks on coat that are concealed when coat is fastened. Dress has a small grey mark that disappears into drape at flared bottom, and there is some slight darkening at hem. White beadwork does not extend all the way to closure at back of neck. See photos.
