Incredible and rare early 80s TED LAPIDUS Haute Couture ivory / off white nautical sailor silk skirt suit ! Tailored blazer features gold embroidered anchor on left breast pocket. Lapel and collar feature gold cord on the edges. Anchor embossed brass metal buttons up the front. Pockets at each side of the waist. Wrap skirt has hidden button closure, and the edges are also corded in gold. Pocket at side waist of skirt. In great unworn condition Both pieces great together or as separates. Very well made by hand that one would expect of haute couture. Made in France Marked Size 40 Measurements: Jacket 36 inch bust 32 inch waist Wrap Skirt 27-28 inch waist (buttons could be moved to make bigger or smaller) 36 inch hips 26 inches in length
