This stunning tall mug cup collection comes in a variation of colors and showcases this master artist's most beloved signature glazing techniques. All variations in this mug collection can be chosen individually or in any combinations of patterns and quantities. They can also come in a custom-made wooden box as a set of two, four, five, six, eight or twelve pieces in the same pattern, or a combination of patterns, as desired. This artist is a master of the yohen technique, roughly translated as “alchemy of the kiln,” in which minute variations in closely-guarded glaze recipes and kiln temperatures produce a unique palette of hues and patterns manifested in subtle but awe-inspiring gradations of color. The beautiful gradations that the artist creates are the result of layers of glazes that fuse together in the kiln.
