Midnight Sun's Ceramic Collection is a tribute to the centuries-old craftsmanship of Jingdezhen, the world-renowned "Porcelain Capital" of China. For over a thousand years, Jingdezhen has been celebrated for its unparalleled artistry and innovation in ceramic making.
This captivating set of two handcrafted ceramic vases challenges perceptions and celebrates the art of transformation. Though they appear to be formed from crumpled corrugated board, these vases are meticulously crafted from ceramics, showcasing the artist's masterful ability to mimic texture and material.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted by artist Jinzi in Jingdezhen, ensuring that no two are alike—making it a true one-of-a-kind work of art. Its surface bears subtle marks of the creative process, adding depth and character that speak to its handmade origins.
