19th Century Chinese Two-Piece Stacking Cabinet

About

Classic Chinese furniture design is characterized by the flawless construction, purity of line, and dedication to detail you see here in this beautiful two-piece stacking cabinet. The Fujian artisan who carved this cabinet from cedar over 150 years ago wouldn't have used glue or nails, and needed no real measurements — instead relying on his years of expertise, and making each design a unique expression of creativity and craftsmanship.
