Large Ornate Japanese Geisha Doll on Wood Display Stand

About the Item

Beautifully crafted, large ornamented Japanese geisha doll in a finely decorative and layered flowing kimono. Very detailed, mid-1900s. Dimensions on stand: 24" High, 12" Wide, 9.5" Deep.

    Wear consistent with age and use. In good vintage condition. Lower half of the doll's face has some discoloration, perhaps due to exposure to light (please see photos). With a proper cleaning perhaps remediable. A very elegant and beautiful work overall.
