Interesting and unusual technique of an oxidized background, likely representing night time, giving the grapes and leaves a luminous quality, catching the moonlight. Delicately painted, with lichen on the base of an old grape vine. Mineral pigments and gold leaf painted on an oxidized ground, silk brocade border.
