The name is Tomoji. Received the Honor Award Rui Hachisho. Received the International Academy Award.
He is a south painter based on Takeda Tanomura and studied under Kashiin Tanaka.
He lived in Tokuyama for a long time and worked on drawing and teaching his disciple.
