Pair of Early 20th Century Chinese Crazed Columns

About

Removed of their structural context, these striking columns of polished wood stand on their own as striking works of sculpture. Made of northern elm, the timber has been turned into seamless cylinders, painstakingly polished to call forth the wood’s irregular, mesmerizing wood grain. Square steel mounts provide a sturdy, minimalist base. Additional dimensions: Base: 14" W x 14" D x 5.25" H.
