Reclaimed 19th Century French 4 Panel Interior Door with Carved Details

About the Item

Bring historic charm into your home with this reclaimed 19th-century French door. Crafted from rich walnut, the door features a four-panel design, elegantly curved beveled trim on the upper panels, and intricately carved "napkin fold" details on the lower ones. The back of the door retains its original weathered, chippy paint, adding to its vintage character. This door offers a perfect balance of craftsmanship and old-world appeal, making it an ideal way to introduce classic French design into a modern space. Salvaged in France, 19th century. The front of the door features the raw, warm, natural walnut, while the opposite bears the original time-worn blue-gray paint with areas of raw wood showing through. 3 half-barrel hinges and an inner door latch are present. A stain is present on the lower left front panel. Areas of wood separation; no structural damage. Overall wear is consistent with age and use. Approximately 35.25” W x 100.5” H x 1.875” D.
