19TH Century Carved Italian Figural Pedestal

About the Item

A charming gesturing figure dissed in a biblical era robe and mounted on a carved plinth. The carving is superbly detailed-note, for example, the surround of faces on the pedestal top. The piece might also serve as a grand candle stand.
