Stunning 20th century French column or display stand.
If you are looking for an impressive and highly stylish pedestal to grace your entrance or a certain part of your living room then this hand-crafted, French stand could be perfect for you. The elegant shape and the warm colors of the inlaid patterns in satinwood, burl walnut and walnut are an absolute joy to look at. The bronze style elements on all corners and the inlaid marble top are like the icing on the cake of this remarkable and wonderfully decorative stand. Apart from some minor imperfections this grand stand is in excellent condition and it will be a certain eye-catcher, wherever you may decide to place and use it. Some columns in this rich Louis 15th style can be overly elaborate (or, as we say, 'busy'). This particular stand, however, is stunning yet not 'over the top' so that the work of art that is placed on top too will shine.
