19th Century French Oak Planter

About
This elegant antique planter was hand made in France, circa 1870. Rectangular in shape and made of oak, the detailed jardinière stands on four hand turned feet. It is hand carved decorated on all sides and the molded border around the top as well is expertly carved. The planter features realistic hand carved fruit, florals, wheat, and leaf decor on each side. The large planter is in excellent condition with a rich patina throughout. It retains its original zinc liner.
