Large pair carved white marble stone Jardinière Urn planter antiques Los Angeles. The stunning large Jardinieres Urns supported on a circular socle with round base plinths, elegantly carved acanthus leaves. White marble urns on pedestals. The socle displays a finely sculpted reeded acanthus hugging the pair at the base. A wonderful decorative accent indoors or outdoors. Each of the round Jardiniere decorated with beautiful gadrooned border, The Urn itself is nicely Carved with Bacchus in ancient Greece and Rome a god of wine and giver of ecstasy, identified as well as Dionysus He was the god of the harvest, caring for orchards and ensuring a bountiful crop each year.
