About the Item
Pair of 19th century French iron garden urns.
This pair of 19th century cast iron urns is attributed to Corneau Charleville Foundry.
The Corneau brothers Emile and Alfred became business partners in 1846, by 1856 they had set up in the Petit-Bois district of Charleville, and 3 years later in 1859 they opened foundry Corneau Frères, known for stoves, heaters and household cast iron ornamental items.
