Arts & Crafts Gem Set Pewter Mounted Green Glass Dish
About the Item
Unusual Arts & Crafts pewter mounted green glass dish, the swing handle inset with polished gem stones, dating from the early 20th century. This finely made quality dish has a mottled blown green glass rounded dish with recessed centre set within a heavy and thickly made pewter frame with a swing handle, the handle applied with tree like designs emerging from a mounted polished jade like stone set within a raised edge and with small polished tear drop shaped gems mounted as fruit on each branch. The dish is not marked.
In good condition with wear associated to age to the bottom of the glass dish.
