About the Item

A collection of vases in Jerissa Stone and intertwined olive branches that comes from the theme of the "discovery ”; recovered from a distant past, they are revised in a contemporary way, stylized, reworked and renewed to rediscover their expressive power, amplifying their historical significance and the possibility of daily use. Meeting between stone and wood, connection between past and present, material and form. The stone bases are worked with numerical control, the woven component is, on the contrary, handmade with great patience and attention.
