Oval Edwardian silver bowl

About the Item

A shallow oval antique silver bowl with scalloped rim and cast openwork foot. This attractive silver piece will make a wonderful centrepiece for a dining table and could be used for a fruit or flower display. The shaped border is cast with leaf and scroll design, a feature that is repeated on the base, and the fluted body has a band of hand-chased flower and leaf design against a textured background. Both sides of this Edwardian silver bowl have vacant cartouches. Weight 1082 g (35 troy ozs)
