1940's Argenta stoneware plate with female siluett decor by Wilhelm Kåge for Gustavsberg. The now iconic Argenta stoneware collection with its green glaze and silver decorations is one of the most recognizable designs by Wilhelm Kåge. Designed in the late 1920's it was first presented at the Stockholm Exhibition 1930 and later produced by Gustavsberg where the designer was the artistic leader during the 1930 & 40's.
