Graceful bronze tray, vide-poche, inspired by Wabi-Sabi, the ancient Japanese philosophy that views and embraces the world for its imperfections and transient nature. It translates into an exquisite aesthetic that is imperfect and incomplete, yet stunningly beautiful.
The piece is entirely handcrafted with great skills and talent. Cast using very traditional techniques, it is polished, patinated and finished with highlighting that beautifully reveals in places the raw and lustrous finish of this noble material.
Slight variations in the patina and polished finishes, patterns and sizes are characteristics of such original handmade creations. These characteristics enhance the beauty of the product and make each piece unique.
