19th Century American Keepsake Chest

About the Item

Hand carved decorative box / collector's chest with one fixed, sliding tray and one removable, circa 19th century. All hardware, including the hinges, is original: the screws that line the border are both functional and decorative. Patina / wear from age and use; remains in good, antique condition. Measures: L 20" x D 12.5" x H 7.25" Depth when open 25".
