About the Item
With its refined appearance, our Capricia square box can easily fit both traditional and contemporary décor. Its clean traditional shape is enriched by a lining in Onyx color pebbled leather with handmade cream-colored stitching. The interior is also clad in the same leather to ensure your trinkets are safely stored. Topped with an elegant lid in matte Amara ebony veneer, the box is distinguished by a sculptural knob in Corno Italiano. Inspired by the hulls cutting through waves, the knob is an elegant marriage of convex and flat shapes born from the most skillful craftsmanship. The blending of prized materials provides a sense of uniqueness and inimitable personality to this design. Capricia is also proposed in Ice-cream colour leather with dark brown stitching and it’s available in two different dimensions:
mod. 4475: cm 13 x 13 x H cm 15
mod. 4476: cm 18 x 18 x H cm 13

ARCAHORN
The history of ARCAHORN is inextricably linked to the vocation for craftsmanship of its founder, Mario Guerra, who in 1958 set up in Recanati a workshop specialized in the processing of Zebu horn, rediscovering and revaluing masteries almost forgotten, bounded to the territorial tradition.
The common thread of our history is horn, a biological material, pleasing to the touch and to the eye boasting a myriad of shades that bring to life limited collections of furnishing and décor pieces where no two are alike, by nature. Entrusted from the outset to expert master craftsmen, horn is given a new life through an intricate production cycle requiring long lead times, deep dexterity and very specific technical skills, conveyed by tradition. With the complicity of fire and a few tools, artisans’ hands gradually turn horn into tiles to be skillfully matched together and combined only with the finest raw materials. Elegant wood essences, soft full grain leathers, precious fabrics and hand engraved 24k gold plated brass details are merged in exclusive collections of unsurpassed quality, conceived to be handled down through generations. Today, the new generation of the Guerra family has inherited the same passion of their father and that specific know-how which distinguish Arcahorn as a symbol of Made in Italy throughout the world.
