A rare George IV London made silver Vinaigrette of rounded rectangular form with plain reeded decoration to the base, lid and sides. The silver gilt interior with finely pierced and engraved grille depicting an open book and a quill pen amongst flower stems. By William Edwards, London, 1823. In good condition with no damage or repair. Measures: Height 12 mm (0.47 inches) Width 30 mm (1.18 inches) Depth 20 mm (0.79 inches) Weight 16.00 grams (0.51 troy ounces).
