For connoisseurs this fine tea caddy is a gem. All surfaces are clad with silver stringed tortoise shell and the domed octagonal body elegantly raised on gilt bronze lion paw feet complimented by gilt bronze floral ring handles at each end. The lid with silver plaque and monogram opens up to a velvet lined interior with the original cut crystal ware.
