Antique Greek Revolution or Helenistic pair of figural candlesticks of a patinated bronze Greek Revolutionary hero and a Greek woman. The figures standing on a gilt bronze rococco base. The Hero with sword in hand and dagger in belt with embroidered waistcoat with frills to the cuffs, long hair in a cap and breeches with typical boots. Around his waist is tied a scarf. The woman holding a tambourine in long skirt and embroidered top with long sleeves. Her hair is long and tied up with a scarf. She has a bandana over her shoulder and a purse hanging from her waist.
