This refined system in a still very up-to-date design dates back from 1950's Sweden: Lars Halmström is the genius behind this brass candlestick that is very flexible in its form as you can see on the pictures.
As there is a double hinge underneath each candleholder it can move in every direction making the appearance of this item different every time. You can create a straight form but also a zigzag shape or a star. The manufacturer was Arvika.
