Pair of 19th Century Italian Carved Giltwood Prickets Altar Candlesticks

About the Item

Add elegance to your home with this important pair of antique gilt candlesticks. Carved in Italy, circa 1850, each tall candleholder stands on small feet over a sturdy triangle base with carved medallion on all sides; the long, decorative stem is embellished with acanthus leaf motifs. The detailed candlesticks are in excellent condition and flaunt their beautiful, original patinated gold leaf finish. Measures: 15" W x 15" D x 45.5" H.
