About the Item
Add elegance to your home with this important pair of antique gilt candlesticks. Carved in Italy, circa 1850, each tall candleholder stands on small feet over a sturdy triangle base with carved medallion on all sides; the long, decorative stem is embellished with acanthus leaf motifs. The detailed candlesticks are in excellent condition and flaunt their beautiful, original patinated gold leaf finish.
