Vintage Danish Shooting Star Candleholder in Black Iron, 1970s
About the Item
Large 1970s Brutalist - sculptural iron candleholder for up to 15 regular sized candles. Made in Denmark by the metal-art design company Dantoft kunstartikler (trans.: art objects). It is made from black lacquered and welded iron set in a graphic sunburst or shooting star formation. It resembles similar/small candleholders from IHQ - Jens Harald Quistgaard. Measurements: 40x37 cm and a height of 3.3 cm.
