Antique 19th Century French Spelter and Onyx Three Piece Clock Garniture

About the Item

Antique 19th century French spelter and onyx three piece clock garniture having a quality painted dial, original hands and eight day movement striking on the hour and half hour on a bell. A beautiful quality onyx case surmounted by a spelter figure of amphitrite after Auguste Moreau raised on ornate feet and flanked by a pair of spelter figures of boys on square onyx bases. An outstanding garniture which has been crafted to the highest standards and in good working order. Dimensions: Clock H 58cm W 29cm D 15cm Boy with spade H 44cm W 16.5cm D 12cm Boy with book and sword H 44cm W 16.5m D 12cm Date 1880.
