Case:
The red painted, silvered and gilt-bronze case stands on a black Belgian marble base and depicts an early 20th century horse drawn steam powered fire engine. It has ‘D.H. Depose’ engraved on a silvered plaque and has a hinged silvered door to access the winding arbor for the animation movement.
