Art Deco 1930's chrome Mantle / desk Clock by Bentima featuring a traditional carriage style key wound movement with jewelled platform escapement in good working order. The Clock features a rectangular dial in white metal with a black Arabic gallery display and white centre panel with outer edge, hands are in black steel, glaze is intact and the chrome frame is in good order, the celluloid dust cover to the movement palette shows age related yellowing and stress fractures but this does not affect use. The Clock stands 17 cm tall with a base width and breadth of 17.5 cm and 5.2 cm respectively. Makes for an attractive time teller, the movement running strong and keeping time.
