French Four Glass Library Clock Garniture, circa 1860
About the Item
A quality decorative French four glass Library or table clock with matching vases.
The brass and lacquered oval case with fine decorative gilt detailing and beveled glass panels, gold engine turned dial with Roman numerals and moon phase hands.
The two train movement with twin mercury compensation pendulum, chiming the hours and half hours on a gong. The matching Grecian style lacquered vases similarly decorated with fine gilt detailing.
