19th Century French Tower Clock Face

About the Item

Stunning 19th century large tower clock face from France. With original painted metal face and hands. The paint has years of wear giving it a great look. It still has some of the original mechanism on the back which can be viewed from the front when it is on the wall through the windows. It also has a later metal bracket which has been made so it can be mounted on the wall. A rare and very impressive clock. Circa 1880. Please note: The clocks we sell are decorative and are not guaranteed to be in working order. If you require the clock to be in working order, we can recommend an antique clock specialist who will carry out the work for you at your cost after purchasing.
