Art Deco Stylish Pair of Wooden Mounted Golfing Bookends

About

Stylish pair Art Deco stained wooden bookends mounted with enameled brass golfing figures dating from circa 1925. These stylish bookends are made up of two carved blocks of wood joined by an angled central strut and each with a Hagenauer style brass figure wearing a cap, red colored top and black trousers holding a golf club in a teeing off position. The bookends have a red felt applied to the base and are not apparently marked. Both have wear consistent with age and use with loss to the enamel on both figures.
