About the Item
Bincan cestino is part of the Bincan collection which was designed for the work place and can be adapted to any environment whether internal or external, public or private. This piece is a wastepaper basket or bin in shock-resistant ABS plastic and can be added to any of the bases of the Bincan family of objects.
Naoto Fukasawa is a Japanese designer. He was born in 1956 in Yamanashi and has a minimal and organic approach to his projects. Fukasawa’s ability to use design to summarise the essential value of objects breaks down all the boundaries between disciplines and has made his school of thought world famous. His “Without Thought” design philosophy is inspired by the unconscious actions and behaviour of people in everyday life, which in turn leads to a discreat and familiar style. The basis of Fukasawa’s experiental collaboration with Danese Milano is an extraordinary mix of aesthetics and materials of the highest quality.
